The objectives of the Lilly Supplier Award are to:
- raise awareness of the key role suppliers play in our corporate success
- reward and reinforce strong supplier management by Lilly personnel
- illustrate that Lilly values and listens to suppliers that help us reach our goals
- increase commitment from suppliers
Suppliers are judged and selected by a team of Lilly Procurement Employees on the measurable impact the supplier made on Lilly's Corporate Priorities through the delivery of exemplary quality, speed, service, and/or cost reduction.
